Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TwoTyred, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use TwoTyred.
2. Use licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the TwoTyred app. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title.
3. Accounts and access
TwoTyred is currently available by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may withdraw access if these terms are broken.
4. Software before public release
Until public release, TwoTyred is still being built. Features may change, the world-streaming service may be unavailable during maintenance, and data may occasionally need to be reset. We welcome reports of problems through Support.
5. Subscription and billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for any purchase made through the service.
6. Intellectual property
The TwoTyred engine, including its source code, design, terrain streaming and other proprietary assets, is the intellectual property of TwoTyred. Map data is provided by its respective sources under their licences.
7. Limitation of liability
TwoTyred is a training tool; ride within your limits. In no event shall TwoTyred or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
