The TwoTyred engine, including but not limited to its source code, UI/UX design, terrain streaming algorithms, and proprietary assets, are the intellectual property of TwoTyred.
In no event shall TwoTyred or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
Riders in our early access program are also subject to our specific Beta Testing Agreement regarding issue reporting and confidentiality.
